Safe Bull Riding Rules:
- No riders shorter than 48 inches.
- No riders heavier than 300 lbs.

- No riders under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- No riders wearing shoes, glasses, hats, hair clips, jewelry, buckles, pens or purses.
- No riders with sharp objects, food, drinks or chewing gum.
Safe Bull Riding Tips:
- Sit in the center of the saddle.
- Lean back with legs and feet as if in real stirrups.
- Hold on tightly -- with only 1 hand.
- Don't hold onto the bull's neck or grab the horns.
- Know when to bail! Signal the operator when you want to stop the ride.
Safe Bull Operation:
- State law requires an attendant at all times while this ride operates. By contract, AFE requires that attendant to be age 18 or older.
- Only 1 rider at a time!
- Don't let riders wear shoes, hats, glasses, hair clips, buckles, big jewelry, pens or purses, and don't let them have sharp objects, food, drinks or chewing gum.
- Don't let riders do flips, fight or rough-house around the bull.
- Don't let spectators get too close to the bull or climb on the walls. And NO ONE should use confetti or Silly String around this ride!
- Ohio law requires that riders must obey all warnings and directions regarding this ride and behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to injury to themselves or others. Failure to comply is a misdemeanor. O.R.C. 993.08
- No pets are allowed in or around the ride. There will be a cleaning fee of at least $200 if we find evidence of pets on the ride.
- Unit must be shut down and covered up during heavy rains and winds that exceed 15 miles per hour. Repeat: NO operating AFE equipment in rain, lightning conditions or winds stronger than 15 miles per hour!
Weather:
When bad weather arrives -- rain, lightning or strong winds -- you must evacuate the ride as quickly and safely as possible. Remain Calm!
If you panic, your riders may also panic. Stay calm and stay focused on helping your riders exit the ride quickly, but in an orderly fashion.
After everyone has exited the ride, deflate the ride by turning off the blowers or fans.
Loss of Power:
- If a loss of power occurs, the ride will slowly start to deflate.
- Remain Calm! You have plenty of time to help guests exit the ride quickly and safely. This situation tends to cause panic...unless the operator stays calm and relaxed.
- Talk calmly to those inside the unit, telling them not to panic while you help them walk out.
- Check to see if the blowers have come unplugged or the cords are unplugged from the outlet. If so, plug them back in, press the reset button on the extension cord, and the ride will re-inflate.
- Contact or have someone contact AFE at 614-224-9568 for phone support.
- Do not leave the ride unattended.
Negligence or Abuse:
- The attendant must strictly enforce the rules posted on the warning sign and remain in control of the ride at all times.
- If injury or damage occurs, the CLIENT is liable and responsible for repairs, loss of revenue, depreciation, shipping costs and all other costs associated with repairs/ replacement of the rental item(s).
- CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL REPLACEMENT COSTS & LOSS OF REVENUE IF SILLY STRING IS USED OR OTHER EXCESSIVE DAMAGE OCCURS.
