Party under a Pole Tent!
Our traditional Pole Tents rely on interior poles to support the pitch. For this reason, our Pole Tents must be staked into level ground and are always erected with 1 or more interior poles.
Again, Pole Tents must be staked into grass, so they are not suitable for hard surface set ups such as on driveways, streets, blacktop, patios, decks, etc. For hard surface set ups, consider our Frame Tents.
Our White Top Pole Tent comes in 3 sizes:
20' x 20'
Can seat a range of 32 to 54 people - depending on layout
Can seat 66 people theater-style (see seating chart)
20' x 30'
Can seat a range of 48 to 76 people - depending on layout
Can seat 100 people theater-style (see seating chart)
20' x 40'
Can seat a range of 60 to 100 people - depending on layout
Can seat 133 people theater-style (see seating chart)
Our Carnival Striped Top Pole Tent comes in 1 size:
20' x 40'
Can seat a range of 60 to 100 people - depending on layout

POLE TENT RENTAL RATES:
20' x 20' Pole Tent:
$325 per day (up to 8 hours)
20' x 30' Pole Tent:
$399 per day (up to 8 hours)
20' x 40' Pole Tent:
$499 per day (up to 8 hours)
Optional tent side panels -- $40 each section (pole to pole)
Optional tent side panels for Hex Tent - $79 each section (pole to pole)
Set Up & Delivery charges are not included in the rental fee.
Delivery Fee $50 and up.
Set Up Fee $50 and up.
Pole Tents can ONLY be used in grassy areas and must be staked into the ground.

Holiday Pricing:
An All-Day Rental or Holiday Fee may be added for July 4th weekend, Memorial Day, Labor Day, New Year's Eve or other high-demand dates.
