Our High Peak Frame Tents add high-class flair to any gathering in Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati, Delaware, Grove City, Cleveland, Bexley, New Albany, Pickerington, Ohio events or parties.
High Peak Frame Tents are set up using tension cross cables instead of a center pole. This design supports the high peak while creating an elegant look and providing a large open space free of interior poles under the tent.
Can be set up on grass or on a flat, hard surface.
We offer High Peak Tents in 4 sizes:
40' x 40' Hexagon High Peak Tent:
80-152 people at sit-down dinners, depending on table size selection
170 people at stand up & cocktail-style socials
20' x 30' High Peak Tent:
76 people at sit-down dinners
80-100 people at stand up & cocktail-style socials
20' x 20' High Peak Tent:
40-50 people at sit-down dinners
67 people at stand up & cocktail-style socials
10' x 20' High Peak Tent:
20-24 people at sit-down dinners
35 people at stand up & cocktail-style socials
Consider if your event will require tent side panels!
Please Note:
This tent utilizes a pair of cross cables that run from the corner of the tent to the opposite corner, creating an “X” in the center of the tent, at approximately an 8’ height. This “X” is what supports the center pole and creates the peak of this style of tent. This is not a clear span inside the tent top and cannot be utilized as such.

HIGH PEAK TENT RENTAL RATES:
10' x 20' High Peak Tent:
$299 per day (up to 8 hours)
20' x 20' High Peak Tent:
$399 per day (up to 8 hours)
20' x 30' High Peak Tent:
$549 per day (up to 8 hours)
40' x 40' Hexagon High Peak Tent:
$899 per day ( up to 8 hours)
Set Up & Delivery charges are not included in the rental fee.
Optional tent side panels for Hex Tent - $79 each section (pole to pole)
Optional tent side panels -- $40 each section (pole to pole)
NOTE:
Stakes are the ideal way to anchor tents.
A $295-$800 fee will be charged for providing Concrete Blocks to anchor a tent on a hard surface or grassy area that cannot be staked. Concrete Blocks are large and about 200-350+ lbs

Holiday Pricing:
An All-Day Rental or Holiday Fee may be added for July 4th weekend, Memorial Day, Labor Day, New Year's Eve or other high-demand dates.
